We're Back... and a little early too.

We had a great time at Family Camp in Alexandria. Ryan, Sara and their three kids went with us. It was really a neat time. The kids had a blast playing and swimming and doing a variety of kids things. Michael got a lot of prayer time in and had a great time at the services. I was in the nursery a lot and ended up getting coupons for meals in the cafeteria as a result! Mazen loved playing with the other kids but didn't like it if Mommie or Daddy wasn't there.

We came home last night after the service instead of staying until noon today so Michael could get to the dentist. he has a really bad toothache. I wanted him to get home right away. I gave him some of my pain medicine so he could deal with the pain. It was so bad it made him black out a fe times. He saw the dentist at 7 am today and they already made an appointment for him to go to the endodontist at 2 pm for a root canal. Poor guy! He hurts bad.

We are doing laundry, packing, etc. while taking Michael to the dentist this afternoon. Mazen is sleeping. She went right down in her little crib. I think she was glad to have her own bed back after a few days in the pack n play and hotel beds. :) She actually allowed us to cover her with a blanket while she was still awake this afternoon!

She has fallen in love with dollies lately and wants to always have one with her. She loves it, pats it, hugs it and even gives kisses sometimes. She's a character.

We go to the Garrett family reunion in Wyoming in about a week. It will be a good trip. Gotta pack a bunch of stuff before then. :) Then pack for the trip. :)

Mazen has finally decided that she likes going down slides all by herself. She also likes to play at McDonalds playland by herself now. She won't sit and eat anymore, she wants a chicken nuggett to GO, thank you very much.

Ok... time to get my hubby to the dentist. They better give him some painkillers!

Alexandria is where we went for Silent Retreat... right? That was really great. I am excited for the next... a lot of money... but it was really great! It was a much needed blessing...
Glad y'all had fun... your kid is so cute! Girls that age are quite interesting... haha...
